Terms & Conditions

AppLooma RTC provides real-time communication APIs and SDKs: voice and video calling, live streaming, audio rooms, signaling and chat, virtual gifting, beauty camera and related services. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.

Keep your login details and API secrets safe; activity under your account and keys is your responsibility. Tell us at once at info@applooma.dev if you think they have been exposed.

You are responsible for your end users, the content sent through your applications, and following the laws that apply to your service, including getting any consent needed when you record or store sessions.

You may not use the service for:

• unlawful content, harassment or abuse,
• distributing malware or spam,
• attempts to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

• Metering: usage is measured in participant-minutes.
• Sandbox: a fixed number of minutes, once per account, activated by a one-time $1 card verification and valid for 30 days from activation, after which they lapse whether or not they were used.
• Monthly plans: 30-day periods that renew automatically at the published price, whether you pay with Stripe or PayPal. Each period carries the plan’s full allowance; unused minutes do not carry over.
• Credits: prepaid credits are used for usage as described on the pricing page. Credits never expire.
• No overage: when an allowance runs out, new sessions stop being issued tokens until the next period, a larger plan or more credits. Overage is never charged.

If a renewal payment fails or a period ends without renewal, projects on the account stop being issued session tokens until the plan is renewed. Sessions already in progress are not interrupted.

Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal, and are subject to their terms as well as ours. Prices are shown before you pay.

Refunds follow our Refund Policy: your first paid plan purchase is fully refundable within 7 days if none of its minutes have been used. Renewals and all other payments are not refundable, except where the law requires.

We run the service with care and monitor it continuously, but no uptime guarantee is offered and the service is provided “as is”. If you need a contractual service level, talk to sales before relying on the platform for critical workloads.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppLooma LLC’s total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
